Silva-Lisk
Memorial Spotsylvania
In 1996, Sophia Silva
was abducted and later found murdered. In 1997, "Kati" and Kristin
Lisk (sisters) were also abducted and later found murdered. The community
still has a very deep wound that will take a very long time to heal, if ever. This memorial is located at the Snow Branch Library in Spotsylvania, near the Courthouse. This memorial serves as a reminder to hold our children close to us
every day.
