Spotsylvania Parks and Recs follow those rules with only minor changes to the following:

Law 1: Center field flags are not used.
Law 2: Due to age, the Cougars will use a size 3 ball in games.
Law 3: Due to age Substitution Procedures are not strictly followed.
Law 4: No changes
Law 5: No changes
Law 6: Only one assistant Referee is used (due to the limited number of referees available).
Law 7: Due to age, 4 10 minutes quarters are played.
Law 8: No changes
Law 9: No changes
Law 10: No changes
Law 11: No changes, Off-Sides is rarely called at this age group.
Law 12: Yellow and Red cards are not used at this age group. Though rare, a child can be removed from the game.
Law 13: No changes
Law 14: No changes
Law 15: No changes
Law 16:: No changes
Law 17: No changes
