The 1999 Miss Fredericksburg
Fair winner, Kimberly Cooper played several key roles in the 2000 Miss Fredericksburg Fair Pageant. One role was to bid her farewell to the people of Fredericksburg and to crown the 2000 Miss Fredericksburg Fair. During Kimberly's farewell speech, the audio tape she made gave her a few little difficulties. After about 10 seconds of problems, the tape started to work properly again. Kimberly being cool as ever, responded to the crowd and kept a smile on her face. Kimberly won the 2000 Miss Virginia Association of Fairs title and had the opportunity to judge several pageants during the year, ride in parades and was a VIP guest for the annual Fredericksburg Highland games. |
