The City
of Fredericksburg is located on Interstate 95 (I-95) about 50 miles
south of Washington DC between the Counties of Spotsylvania and Stafford
in the State (Commonwealth) of Virginia.

Driving Directions
Driving from Washington D.C. south
to Fredericksburg, you will drive by exit 143
(Garrisonville/Aquia which are part of Stafford). Further south is exit
140 (Stafford). The next exit is exit 133
(Stafford/Northern Fredericksburg). Exit 133 is where you will first see
signs of populous. Just after exit 133 is exit 130.
This is the heart of the commercial side of Fredericksburg and is where
you will want to exit if you want to see the historical side (downtown)
of the City. Further south is exit 126 (Massaponax
/Spotsylvania). This area is not very populated, but is growing very rapidly
and will soon play host to many stores and businesses. The last exit in
the area is exit 118 (Thornburg). Thornburg is
the least populated exit off the Interstate in the area. |
