VA 3, Fredricksburg, Culpepper
Exit 130 is the most heavily populated exit around Fredericksburg.  New restaurants, business, and hotels are popping up left and right. You will find a large selection of restaurants, gas stations, shopping and hotels here. If you were planning on visiting historic Fredericksburg, then this would be the exit to use. The southbound Virginia Welcome Center is located near here at mile marker 131.
